Renee worked with us and gave us several different options to meet the need we had. She wasn’t pushy for us to do one thing or another, but presented affordable solutions, let us decide, and was great about answering the questions we had. It was so convenient that she came to our house and we didn’t have to drag everything to her! I believe if we have any issues she’ll help us out and stand behind her work.

Renee set up a new router for us and fixed our e-mail problems within an hour! On the phone I had spent 1 hour with a Charter rep and 2 hours with an Apple rep and they weren't able to fix my problems. The Geek squad from Best Buy would have done this for 4 times what Renee charged. If you need help with your computer call Renee !!

Renee was great! Very knowledgeable and friendly, very down to earth. She got right to work and talked me through what she was doing. Renee has a great working knowledge of computers and software, and her rates are a bargain for someone with her advanced skills. Definitely give her a call for all your computer needs.

Nice Job Renee. I was in a pinch and she showed up less than an hour later fixed my computer and I was back in business. Renee is very bright, wastes no time but has a sharp sense of humor.
